Client Server Limited in London is seeking a Python Software Engineer to join our R&D team. You will develop a new greenfield product to counter AI-based security attacks, using Python and Rust on backend systems with an emphasis on robust, scalable design.

The role is based in London with two days a week in the office. We offer a salary range of £40,000–£70,000 per year (up to £80,000 with bonus), plus pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, enhanced parental leave, an employee

Qualifications

• Advanced Python and backend software engineering experience
• Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Interest in learning and adopting new technologies
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Some experience with Rust, TypeScript, and/or C++
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Degree in a STEM discipline

Responsibilities

• Develop a new greenfield product to combat AI-based security attacks
• Work on projects ranging from rapid prototyping of new ideas to structured development of existing platforms
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Use backend Python, Rust, and emerging technologies, selecting the right tools for each task
• Solve problems and iterate in a rapid development environment
