Client Server Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Python Developer / Backend Software Engineer to help build a new Greenfield product within an advanced cybersecurity platform. You will primarily work on backend Python, with exposure to Rust and emerging tech in a rapid development environment.

You’ll join the R&D team, collaborate with a talented group, and enjoy a mix of office time in Cambridge and remote-friendly working patterns, plus a package of benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and backend software engineering experience.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and pick up new technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Some experience with Rust, TypeScript and/or C++.
• Degree educated in a STEM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Greenfield backend product in Python.
• Prototype ideas rapidly and drive structured development of existing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable fast, iterative progress.
