Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join the Talking Therapies team on a permanent basis. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a Band 5 salary and involves delivering high-quality mental health support to the community through guided self-help and digital programmes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP).
• Experience delivering low-intensity psychological treatments.
• Experience using digital programmes for therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and support for high-volume low-intensity treatments (guided self-help, digital CBT).
• Deliver care across face-to-face, telephone, or other media.
• Educate and involve family members in treatment as necessary.
• Attend team and psychology meetings; disseminate information to colleagues.
• Keep accurate case notes and documentation per Trust policies.
