Job summary

Ryder Reid Legal in London is seeking a Pursuits & Proposals Specialist to join its Marketing & Business Development team. You will support the delivery of strategic pitches, proposals and panel reviews to help win new business and strengthen client relationships.

The role reports to the Pursuits & Proposals Manager and requires a proactive, detail‑driven professional with a track record in BD, proposals or marketing within professional services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Business Development, Marketing, Pursuits or Proposals.
• Professional services or B2B experience, ideally within legal services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for business development, client growth and winning work.
