Job summary

Ambition in London, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to join its high-performing business development team. You will lead complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals and own the full lifecycle from strategy to submission.

You will partner with senior lawyers, partners and support teams across jurisdictions, coach stakeholders, drive best practice, and shape how the firm wins new business in a globally integrated setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing proposals or pitches within legal or wider professional services.
• Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
• Experience operating in an international, matrix-style environment would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the outcome of major client opportunities?

We're working with a prestigious international law firm seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to join its high-performing business development team. This is a strategically important position supporting a globally recognised practice area, with responsibility for leading some of the firm's most significant and complex pitches and proposals.

You'll partner closely with senior lawyers, partners and business services teams across multiple jurisdictions, taking ownership of the full proposal lifecycle from initial strategy through to submission. This is a highly visible role offering excellent stakeholder exposure, international collaboration and the opportunity to shape how the firm approaches winning new business.

The Role
