Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions in Newbury is offering a 9-month fixed-term role in our Purchasing team. You will manage vehicle orders from start to finish, coordinating deliveries between customers and suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

The role features 50% hybrid working and requires a confident communicator who is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. You will also handle the team mailbox, assist internal customers with queries, and maintain essential systems

Job description

This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within our Purchasing team, based in Newbury. Reporting to the Purchasing Team Leader, you'll play a key part in managing vehicle orders within our system, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also coordinate deliveries between our customers and suppliers, helping to keep the process seamless and efficient. This role requires 50% hybrid working, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with your colleagues and build strong working relationships. You'll also:

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all suppliers
• Manage the team mailbox to ensure things are dealt with quickly and accurately
• Maintain core systems and department reports; advising internal customers of any queries and delays to their orders
• Take responsibility for processing all vehicle orders within the system and co-ordinating deliveries between our customers and suppliers.
