Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions in Newbury is seeking a proactive Purchasing Assistant on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. What you'll do.

This is a 9‑month fixed‑term opportunity within our Purchasing team, based in Newbury. Reporting to the Purchasing Team Leader, you'll play a key part in managing vehicle orders within our system, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also coordinate deliveries between our customers and suppliers, helping to keep the process seamless and efficient.

This role requires 50% hybrid working, giving you the chance tocollaborate closely with your colleagues and build strong working relationships.

You'll also:

• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all suppliers
• Manage the team mailbox to ensure things are dealt with quickly and accurately
• Maintain core systems and department reports; advising internal customers of any queries and delays to their orders
• Take responsibility for processing all vehicle orders within the system and co‑ordinating deliveries between our customers and suppliers
