Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is offering a Purchasing Admin Apprentice position at Swalwell depot. This hands-on role supports the purchasing and stores function, placing orders for CCTV equipment and parts, and learning how a busy procurement team operates while earning a recognised qualification.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours, with progression opportunities, an apprenticeship, and benefits such as a pension, Employee Assistance Programme, and access to staff

Qualifications

• Good general education with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Confident computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel (training provided).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with placing purchase orders for CCTV equipment, stores parts and stationery.
• Ensuring stationery stock is replenished at the Blaydon depot.
• Chasing engineers for collection notes to enable timely invoicing.
• Creating new part numbers in the computer system.
