Job summary

SWIFTPAK LIMITED in Theale, RG7 4 PN, offers an Administration Assistant apprenticeship. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting supply chain activities, purchase orders, supplier relations, stock levels and product data globally.

The role includes maintaining ERP records, monitoring deliveries, forecasting and replenishment, and resolving supply issues while updating product information to ensure stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Essential: attention to detail and high organisation skills.
• Experience with data handling and routine admin tasks.
• Competence with computer systems and basic Excel/office tools.
• Able to work accurately in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the supply chain by helping manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, stock levels and product data across UK and international suppliers.
• Maintain accurate ERP records, monitor deliveries, assist with forecasting and replenishment.
• Help resolve supply issues and keep product information up to date.
• Develop skills in supply chain, inventory control and operations on a daily basis.
