The King's Trust is seeking a Purchase Ledger Executive in Birmingham to manage supplier invoices, payments and staff expenses with a hybrid working pattern. You will join the Financial Transactions team to ensure accurate and timely processing while supporting colleagues and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Managing supplier invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supporting colleagues and suppliers with queries and providing excellent service.
• Processing staff expenses, travel claims and corporate card transactions.
• Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring policy compliance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to provide finance support.
