Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger or Finance role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (including Excel); Ibcos Gold experience is advantageous.
• AAT qualification preferable but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, respond to and process the Purchase Ledger inbox.
• Process a high volume of supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and coding.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies – liaising with internal departments and suppliers as necessary.
• Assist the wider Finance team with month-end procedures and reporting as required.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and supplier records.
