Impact Recruitment Services in Towcester, UK, is recruiting anAccounts Assistant to fully own the purchase ledger and help with finance and stock processes. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director and colleagues to keep financial and operational activities running smoothly.

The role covers ownership of the purchase ledger, payment runs, supplier liaison, and involvement in improvement projects. Strong Excel skills and accounting software experience are required.

• Experience in a finance environment

Responsabilidades

• Full ownership of the purchase ledger function
• Preparing monthly payment runs
• Managing credit card invoice reconciliation
• Reviewing delivery documentation and supporting stock administration
• Checking import documentation and investigating discrepancies
• Liaising with suppliers, warehouse teams and internal departments
• Supporting business improvement projects and general administrative activities as required
