Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of purchase and supplier invoices accurately.
• Check invoices against purchase orders and delivery docs.
• Code and post invoices to the accounting system correctly.
• Match invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare supplier payment information and support payments.
• Conduct supplier statement reconciliations regularly.
• Investigate outstanding or unmatched items.
• Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier records.
• Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly.
• Support the wider finance team with month-end activities.
• Assist with general finance administration and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure records comply with company procedures.
