Job summary

Correct Contract Services Ltd in Andover is seeking a Purchase Ledger Team Lead to oversee day-to-day supplier invoice processing, payments and reconciliations. You’ll lead a small team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong numeracy and ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment. You will interact with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in accounts payable or purchase ledger roles.
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the Purchase Ledger team to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Oversee processing of supplier invoices and credit notes with proper matching and approvals.
• Review supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
