Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in the West Midlands. You will lead the AP team, ensuring accurate invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliations while maintaining VAT compliance and audit-ready records.

Responsibilities include managing accruals, intercompany activity and month-end processes, improving processes and driving reporting efficiencies. Strong leadership and hands-on accounting expertise are essential.

• Leads the AP team to ensure timely processing within the correct period.
• Maintains accurate invoices, authorisations and cost allocation.
• Manages accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee invoice processing, supplier payments, reconciliations and query resolution.
• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team and manage workload to reduce backlogs.
• Ensure VAT compliance and audit-ready records across the business.
• Support month-end reporting with costing analysis, journals and reconciliations.
