Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the purchase ledger and ensure accurate financial information across the business in the West Midlands.

You will manage the AP team, oversee invoice processing, payments, VAT compliance and month-end activities, and drive process improvements including automation and reporting, while coaching your staff to maintain high standards.

Formación

• Experience leading a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable team.
• AAT Level 4 or equivalent; ACCA/CIMA part-qualified advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AP team and manage workload to meet period deadlines.
• Ensure accurate invoice processing, supplier payments, VAT and reconciliations.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and cost allocation.
• Support month-end close with journals and reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements and invoice automation opportunities.
