Job summary

Sytner BMW Cardiff is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the accounts team. You will support day-to-day purchase ledger functions, assist with cash postings and bank reconciliations, and help the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties.

The role requires experience in purchase ledger routines, proficiency in Excel, and good IT literacy. Knowledge of CDK/Kerridge is a bonus. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment with Monday–Friday patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger / accounts department routines.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management System is advantageous.
• Good IT literacy and the ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day functions of the accounts department from purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations.
• Assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
