Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all accounts are up to date.
  • Resolve queries related to accounts payable in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Manage multiple purchase ledger inbox
  • Support in bank reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience working within an accounts payable or accounts assistant role
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
