Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location- Southport

Fletchers Solicitors is seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic Accounts Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be responsible for a variety of essential finance tasks supporting the wider business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices and payments
  • Process sales ledger invoices and receipts
  • Handle weekly team member expenses and gift voucher orders
  • Conduct credit control activities
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Perform other finance and accounts administrative duties as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical ability
  • Proficiency with Excel, including Lookup and Match formulas
  • Clear and effective communication skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with a case management
