Pertemps Bond is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk in Halesowen to handle invoice processing, matching, and month-end control. This temporary ongoing role offers a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule and immediate start for the right candidate.

Applicants should have prior purchase ledger experience, be well-organised, and able to manage financial information accurately. The role includes payroll-related administration and pensions support, with weekly or monthly pay options depending on the assignment.

• Organised, accurate and able to meet deadlines with good attention to detail.
• Purchase ledger experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Processing and checking purchase ledger invoices.
• Matching invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Closing the purchase ledger accurately and within deadlines.
• Processing wages and supporting payroll-related administration.
• Preparing and submitting pension returns.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Dealing with supplier queries and invoice-related issues.
• Assisting with general accounts administration as required.

About you

• The successful candidate will have previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts environment and be confident managing invoices and financial information.
• You will need to be organised, accurate and comfortable working to deadlines, with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Purchase ledger experience is essential.
