Work is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, at an on-site location. The offered rate is £14–£15 per hour with immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Processing and checking purchase ledger invoices
• Matching invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Closing the purchase ledger accurately and within deadlines
• Processing wages and payroll-related administration; preparing and submitting pension returns
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Dealing with supplier queries and invoice-related issues
• Assisting with general accounts administration as required
