We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our Accounts Department. The successful candidate will handle aspects of the purchase ledger function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, comfortable working independently and within a team to meet deadlines.

Training and Development

Full training and guidance will be provided to familiarize the candidate with our systems and processes. This position offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing spreadsheets and data
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
    • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Knowledge of SAP software (advantageous but not essential)
    • Understanding of CIS procedures (a bonus but not required)
  • Experience:
    • Experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role is beneficial but not mandatory
    • Experience in processing and reconciling purchase ledger or accounts payable invoices
