Job summary

Llangatwg Community School is seeking a dedicated, reliable and proactive Supervisory Assistant to support pupils and staff throughout the school day. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe toilet and welfare facilities and contributing to a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm during term time, with potential flexible working considerations. An Enhanced DBS check is required to ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school environment is desirable.
• DBS clearance and safeguarding awareness are required.
• Ability to work with pupils and staff to maintain wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise designated toilet and welfare areas throughout the school day.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe and welcoming for pupils and staff.
• Support positive pupil behaviour and wellbeing during school hours.
