Are you a Behavioural TA / Support Worker looking for a new opportunity in an SEMH School in the Wigan area?

Tradewind is currently working with an SEMH School in the Wigan area rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school is looking to recruit a 1:1 Behavioural TA or Support Worker to work on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is to start immediately, but for the right candidate, the school could consider moving to continue for the remainder of the academic year.

The school seeks to employ a Teaching Assistant/Support Worker to work with a small group of students across KS3 and KS4, who have a wide range of SEN and behavioural difficulties. This is a full-time position on a long-term temporary contract, working 5 days per week.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant, be confident working 1:1 with pupils, and experienced in running small group interventions.

The SEMH School is located in the Wigan area, with excellent access to public transport links and free on-site parking.
