South Ayrshire Council is seeking a Class Teacher to work within an enhanced intervention provision, supporting children and young people with identified social, emotional and behavioural needs. You will deliver a flexible and engaging curriculum and provide personalised support to help learners access education and achieve positive outcomes.

Experience in pupil support is essential; knowledge of trauma-informed practice is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in pupil support and working with children with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice is desirable.
• Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and attainment for all learners.
• PVG Scheme clearance is required prior to any offer of employment.

Responsibilities
