Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a Pupil Support Teacher for Rothesay Joint Campus to plan for, teach and support learners across multiple stages within a supportive Inclusion team. The role requires a commitment to inclusivity and professional learning in a dynamic Scottish council education environment.

Are you a committed teacher, secondary qualified or holding ASN registration, with a passion for working with young people with Additional Support Needs? Join Argyll and Bute's Inclusion team as a Pupil Support Teacher based in Rothesay Joint Campus. In this role you will plan for, teach and support learners across a variety of stages, working within a supportive and inclusive staff team.

  In accordance with Teachers Conditions of Service (SNCT - Appendix 2.19), Teachers who commence employment with Argyll and Bute Council after the first day of the school session will have their salary for the remainder of the school salary year (which runs from 1 August to 31 July each year), recalculated to reflect how teachers accrue leave and pay. In these circumstances, a calculation will be carried out upon commencement of employment and leave and pay will be adjusted. A link to the guidance sheet will be provided to the successful candidate should this be applicable.
