Job summary

Perth and Kinross Council is seeking an Enhanced Pupil Support Assistant for Fairview School in Perth. The position is fixed-term until 11 April 2027 and supports pupils with complex additional support needs.

You will work with individuals and small groups to develop skills for life, work and learning, including communication and regulation, personal care and eating and drinking to promote independence. Time will be spent outdoors and in the community, including swimming.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children and young people with complex additional support needs.
• Ability to use initiative and be flexible and responsive to pupils’ needs.
• Excellent communication, resilience and team working skills are essential.
