We are looking to recruit an outstanding Teaching and Pupil Support Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. We seek individuals passionate about working in a learning environment with complex but rewarding children. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals, taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed supervision system. This may involve planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidates will demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase the achievement of all pupils. Additionally, you will use effective behavior regulation strategies consistently in line with the school’s policy and procedures. We cover a wide range of schools across Devon and the Southwest. About The Role

Vision for Education is seeking a patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a popular school in Plymouth. This role involves working across all key stages with children who need extra support. The position is varied and includes working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. It is a long-term role with potential to become permanent.
