Overview:

This role involves promoting equality of opportunity for learners with a diagnosed special educational need and/or disability (SEND). Under the guidance of the SENCO and the Teacher, you will work in small groups or one-to-one to provide practical support for learners to engage in all aspects of their programme within ETF. You will contribute to and support teachers and instructors with monitoring and delivering the learners' Individual Learning Plans (ILP) and life skills development.
