Lancashire County Council’s Brookfield School is seeking a confident HLTA to design and deliver tailored learning experiences for pupils facing barriers to learning. The role offers term-time hours, pro rata pay, autonomy, and a supportive team environment with dedicated subject leads and school leaders.
You will plan, evaluate, and adapt sessions to meet personal and academic targets, with off-site learning as needed using a school vehicle. Excellent SEN experience preferred.
Salary £32061to £ 36363Role is term time only. Salary will be paid pro rata.
