Endeavour Academy is seeking a manager to oversee pupil behaviour and wellbeing, reporting to the Deputy Principal. The role runs term time plus three weeks (42 weeks per year) and requires physical fitness due to challenging behaviours. An enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pupil behaviour and wellbeing across the school.
• Monitor safeguarding and child protection reports with the Principal.
• Model best practice to support pupils' learning and achievement.
• Support pupils' spiritual, moral, social, cultural, mental and physical development.
• Manage challenging behaviour, including physical challenge and reluctance to engage.
• Teach pupils safer and more effective ways to communicate their needs.
• Keep accurate records, including learning outcomes.
• Use facilitation and reflective practice in the role.
