Job summary

Endeavour Academy, Headington, Oxfordshire, seeks a dedicated Behaviour, Safeguarding & Wellbeing Manager to oversee pupil behaviour and wellbeing across the school and to support safeguarding oversight in collaboration with the Principal.

You will model best practice, maintain accurate records, and enable high-quality learning and achievement for young people. The role is 38 hours per week, term-time plus 3 weeks.

Qualifications

• Physically fit to handle challenging behaviours.
• Effective, confident communicator with strong record-keeping.
• Ability to model best practice and support learning and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pupil behaviour and wellbeing across the school.
• Monitor safeguarding and child protection reports with the Deputy Principal.
• Model best practice to enable successful learning and achievement for students.
