Job summary

Spencer Academies Trust is seeking an Attendance Coordinator and Intervention Lead to join the inclusion team at George Spencer Academy, Nottingham. You will monitor attendance and punctuality, respond to absences, visit families and work with partner schools and agencies to remove barriers to participation.

You will be highly organised, able to act quickly in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records while supporting safeguarding and pupil welfare across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be highly organised and efficient in a busy environment.
• Experience of communicating with families and professionals is desirable.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and punctuality and respond to absence.
• Carry out home visits and build relationships with parents and carers.
• Lead Early Help and multi-agency work where required.
• Maintain accurate attendance records.
