Qualifications
- Experience in pumps or rotating equipment essential.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical equipment.
- Experience handling technical enquiries, quotations, or applications support.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid UK driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries from initial consultation through to quotation, order processing, and aftersales support.
- Select and specify a wide range of pump technologies based on customer requirements and application needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers across multiple industries, review technical specifications, drawings, and system requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting technical documentation.
