Job summary

SEEPEX is seeking a Service Technician in Yeovil to deliver excellent customer service through servicing, installation, and commissioning of SEEPEX products across the UK and Ireland. You will promote SEEPEX services during site visits while upholding a professional company representation.

Role involves workshop-based work at Yeovil with some travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays during busy periods.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English, Maths and Science are essential.
• Experience in pipe fitting or mechanical installation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service, commission, and support SEEPEX products and equipment.
• Document site visit data with detailed reporting.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Visit customer sites to inspect pump installations and performance.
• Assist on-site installation with subcontractors when required.
• Maintain knowledge of SEEPEX products and suggest upgrades.
• Monitor spare parts usage and identify improvements.
• Communicate outcomes to internal teams and customers.
