Job summary

T-T Pumps Ltd, a market-leading UK pumping equipment specialist, is looking for a dynamic electrician/site engineer to join their external site teams. Based near Woore, you will install, commission and service pumping equipment, working alongside a mechanical engineer to deliver projects across the centre of England.

You will attend sites, support after-sales and breakdowns, stay away from home when required, and ensure all materials, tools and reports are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification to 17th or 18th Edition BS7671 is required.
• C&G Level 3 in initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations is required.
• Desirable: Confined space training, First Aid, CSCS.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites primarily across the centre of England.
• Provide electrical support to the Mechanical Engineer on site.
• Install, commission and service pumping equipment.
• Support after-sales and breakdown departments when available.
• Be prepared to stay away from home when required, minimising nights away where possible.
• Complete site reports after each visit and obtain customer signatures.
• Return all completed site reports and timesheets promptly.
• Act as a good ambassador for the company and promote products and services.
• Ensure materials and tools are available before leaving and complete works on time.
• Communicate at all levels and identify training needs.
