Job summary

The Force Group Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support pump systems across energy centres, hospitals and industrial sites. You will perform onsite installations, repairs and testing, carry out PPM visits and produce detailed service reports.

You will be a time-served engineer with mechanical and electrical skills, strong fault finding, and a customer-focused approach. A van and phone are provided; salary is based on experience and company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps and pumping systems is preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical experience required.
• Strong fault-finding, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete all works associated with pumps and the immediate system/ancillaries.
• Carry out PPM visits to ensure longevity of site equipment.
• Carry out onsite installations, repairs, overhaul & testing of pumps & systems.
• Complete site surveys for upcoming works.
• Attend breakdowns/call outs.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Cross-sell service packages across pumps, valves, heat exchangers, controls and service packages.
• Provide support for technical and commercial enquiries.
