Job summary

emc design, a leading UK print and digital design agency for Publishing with a focus on Educational Publishing, seeks a production-support role to assist the publishing workflow under the Publishing Services Manager. Responsibilities include asset sourcing, rights clearance, and non-design text formatting.

You will work within a busy team, using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to deliver materials on time, with overtime when deadlines require it.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production workflows in publishing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production workflow under the Publishing Services Manager.
• Communicate with colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
• Format text in InDesign and Word using styles and GREP.
• Source assets and clear rights for photos and other assets.
