Job summary

Rh ondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking a Public Spaces Operations Manager to lead frontline services across Parks and Street Cleansing, delivering clean and safe public spaces for residents. The role reports to the Public Spaces Services Manager and requires strong leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.

You will oversee a team of Area Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders within the Environmental Services division, coordinating across multiple stakeholders while driving service

• Lead operational services across Public Spaces, Parks and Street Cleansing.
• Directly manage a team of Area Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders to maintain high service levels.
• Collaborate with Elected Members, Trade Unions and senior managers to deliver efficient services.
