• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessment.
• Ability to plan resources and coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day frontline parks and greenspaces operations.
• Directly line-manage two Team Leaders and oversee teams.
• Foster inclusive, high‑performing culture and staff wellbeing.
• Recruitment, inductions, appraisals and development planning.
• Plan workloads, vehicles, equipment and seasonal needs.
• Develop and review operational plans and performance measures.
• Ensure safe working conditions for staff and contractors.
• Maintain records for staffing, training and compliance.
• Manage contracts and contractor performance.
