Delano London is opening in late 2026, offering a luxury hospitality experience overlooking Kensington Gardens. As Public Area Attendant, you will maintain the cleanliness of all public spaces, assist guests, and support housekeeping with inventory and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a public-facing role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle hotel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure public areas are clean, stocked and presentable at all times.
• Conduct restroom inspections at regular intervals.
• Assist with uniform inventory and laundry duties.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve issues.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and report hazards.
