Job summary

Delano London, opening in late 2026, seeks a Door Attendant to create a warm first impression for guests entering and exiting the property. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, open doors and coordinate with bell staff to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, while maintaining safety and entrance cleanliness.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a guest-facing role, excellent English communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years in a guest-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; additional language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously on arrival and departure.
• Open doors and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage and direct them to the Front Desk or appropriate area.
• Coordinate with bell staff, valet, and front desk to ensure seamless arrivals/departures.
• Provide directions and local recommendations with tact and knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front entrance and assist with weather-related duties.
• Monitor guest safety by controlling access and reporting suspicious activity.
