Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner (Public Sector) to lead data-driven transformation with strategic public sector customers. You will head cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and ensure executive alignment on Celonis-driven initiatives.

As a CVP, you will engage C-level stakeholders, design program roadmaps, and drive adoption while mentoring teams across global functions to maximize impact and customer success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in public sector.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs and change management.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive relationships and define long-term value vision with strategic public sector customers.
• Staff engagements with global Celonis teams across Servicing, Product & Engineering.
• Mentor and coach teams; drive adoption, value realization, and on-time delivery.
• Organize customer advisory boards and represent Celonis at events and forums.
