Job summary

Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining, is seeking a Client Value Partner for the Public Sector to drive data-driven business transformation for strategic customers. You will lead Celonis experts across cross-functional teams to ensure value realization, adoption, and high customer satisfaction.

You will engage with executive-level stakeholders to shape long-term Celonis programs and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer success or strategy consulting.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
• Deep exposure to and experience with change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
• Staff engagements leveraging global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering).
• Mentor customers on org design and maturation of Centers of Excellence for adoption.
• Drive end-to-end customer value journey and alignment of delivery with customer strategy.
