Gartner Consulting seeks a Managing Partner to advise the UK public sector on strategic technology and transformation projects that deliver measurable outcomes. You will own a portfolio of critical relationships, guiding senior leaders from strategy through adoption and value realization.

You will lead complex engagements, expand client portfolios, and coach high-performing teams while shaping Gartner’s Public Sector practice with thought leadership and capability building.

Qualifications

• Background in leading consulting or advisory firm delivering client outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the UK Public Sector, especially Central Government.
• Experience advising organisations such as HMRC, Home Office, DWP, Cabinet Office, MOJ, DHSC and NHS.
• Strong technology consulting pedigree with senior stakeholder advisory experience.

• Lead complex engagements grounded in Gartner insights, driving measurable delivery.
• Help organisations modernise technology estates and optimise operating models.
