Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant: Technology Enabled Transformation in London to lead strategic IT enablement engagements for government and enterprise clients.

You will manage workstreams, mentor junior staff, and align engagement objectives with client goals, timelines, and expectations, while applying your deep experience in digital transformation and cloud strategies to shape impactful deliverables.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity across technical domains (for example Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc)
• Experience working with multiple IT solutions
• An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
• An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
• Experience in delivering IT Strategy projects across a full range of Public Sector agencies would be a significant advantage
• Security Cleared (SC Clearance) or eligibility for Security Clearance in order to work fully on UK Public Sector Clients

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee workstreams, mentor junior staff, and shape deliverables within engagement objectives.
• Serve as the client's go-to person to ensure understanding of engagement approach, timeline and day-to-day activities.
• Identify innovative ways to help clients and contribute to Industry/Practice consulting communities.
