Cavendish Maine is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead public sector sales across MATS, Healthcare and related markets. You will own the tender process, from opportunity identification through bid submission, presentations and winning contracts, working with senior management and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in public sector tender wins, with knowledge of procurement frameworks and the ability to build relationships with procurement teams

Formación

• Proven track record in public sector sales and tender management.
• Experience with PQQs, ITTs, RFPs and procurement frameworks.
• Ability to manage end-to-end tender processes and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in foodservice procurement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Developing new business across MATS, Healthcare and other public sector markets.
• Identifying and qualifying tender opportunities (PQQs, ITTs, RFPs).
• Managing the complete end-to-end tender and bid process.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Utilising public sector frameworks to secure new business.
• Producing compelling tender submissions and delivering presentations.
• Managing the sales pipeline, activity and conversion rates.
