Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking a Service Development Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Exeter. You will link customers, framework providers and operations to enhance delivery and satisfaction, working across Sales, Structuring and Customer Success to onboard and manage services.

You’ll engage senior stakeholders, manage complex relationships and drive improvements using data and insights, with hybrid working and monthly office visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles involving service improvements for complex stakeholder groups.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic link between customers, framework providers and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with public sector customers and senior stakeholders.
• Review customer journey performance and identify service delivery improvements.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
• Represent the business at meetings and stakeholder forums, driving improvements.
