Job summary

EDF UK is recruiting a Service Development Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Exeter. You will lead service improvements and oversee onboarding and ongoing management for public sector customers and frameworks, aligning delivery with business strategy.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Structuring and Customer Success to strengthen relationships, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvements that deliver measurable outcomes across the account portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused service improvement or stakeholder engagement roles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Track record of driving service enhancements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic link between customers, framework providers and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with public sector customers and senior stakeholders.
• Review customer journey performance and identify delivery improvements.
• Coordinate resolution of complex issues across teams to mitigate escalations.
• Represent the business at meetings and stakeholder forums.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience at scale.
• Collaborate with operations and SMEs to implement effective solutions.
