Vodafone in the Midlands is seeking a Senior Public Sector Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team. You’ll drive digital transformation across local government, healthcare, and education, delivering innovative connectivity solutions.

You will build strategic partnerships with senior officials, shape regional strategy, and coach a sales team to exceed revenue targets while ensuring outstanding customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets across a diverse public sector customer base.
• Develop and deliver the Midlands Public Sector strategy, ensuring Vodafone is positioned as a trusted partner across regional authorities, combined authorities, and public sector stakeholders.
• Coach and support your team to build strong pipelines, create impactful account development plans, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite leaders, elected officials, strategic influencers, and key decision-makers across the region.
• Drive the adoption of innovative fixed, mobile, and digital solutions that help customers achieve their transformation, connectivity, and service improvement goals.
• Use market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities, manage risks, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate across Vodafone Business, working closely with specialist sales, commercial, bid, and service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Protect and grow existing business while expanding Vodafone’s footprint through strategic account development and long‑term customer partnerships.
• Champion customer success by ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, service excellence, and smooth introduction of new solutions and services.
